  • Holiday Office Hours 2018

    Tri Rivers will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 25, in observance of Christmas. Our offices will also be closed
    Tuesday, Jan. 1, in observance of New Year's Day. In addition, our Slippery Rock office will be closed
    from Dec. 24-26, but will reopen Dec. 27. Patients should submit their prescription refill requests early 
    during these holiday weeks to allow adequate time for processing.
