Take I-79 north to the New Castle/Butler exit, number 99.
Take Route 422 east and travel approximately 15 miles.
Take the Jefferson Street/Route 68 exit and, at the end of the ramp, turn right onto East Jefferson Street.
Follow East Jefferson Street for approximately 1 mile.
The driveway for the Primary Care Associates building is located on the right.
Park in the rear of the building and use the entrance for Butler Health System’s Outpatient Services.

From the city of Pittsburgh and areas south using Route 8

Take Route 8 north to the intersection with Route 422.
Turn right onto Route 422 east and travel for approximately 1 mile.
Take the Jefferson Street/Route 68 exit and, at the end of the ramp, turn right onto East Jefferson Street.
Follow East Jefferson Street for approximately 1 mile.
The driveway for the Primary Care Associates building is located on the right.
Park in the rear of the building and use the entrance for Butler Health System’s Outpatient Services.

From Grove City and areas north using Route 8

Take Route 8 south to the intersection with Route 422.
Follow the Route 8 overpass over Route 422.
Turn right onto Route 422 east toward Kittanning, and travel for approximately 1 mile.
Take the Jefferson Street/Route 68 exit and, at the end of the ramp, turn right onto East Jefferson Street.
Follow East Jefferson Street for approximately 1 mile.
The driveway for the Primary Care Associates building is located on the right.
Park in the rear of the building and use the entrance for Butler Health System’s Outpatient Services.

From Grove City and areas north using I-79

From Monroeville and areas east using the Pennsylvania Turnpike

Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike west to the Butler Valley exit, number 39.
Travel north onto Route 8 to the intersection with Route 422, approximately 21 miles.
Turn right on Route 422 east and travel for approximately 1 mile.
Take the Jefferson Street/Route 68 exit and, at the end of the ramp, turn right onto East Jefferson Street.
Follow East Jefferson Street for approximately 1 mile.

From Pittsburgh International Airport and areas west using Route 60

Take Route 60 north to the Route 422 New Castle/Butler exit, number 45.
Take Route 422 east and travel for 26 miles.
Take the Jefferson Street/Route 68 exit and, at the end of the ramp, turn right onto East Jefferson Street.
Follow East Jefferson Street for approximately 1 mile.
