From the city of Pittsburgh and areas south using I-279

• Take the Fort Pitt Bridge to I-279 north.
• Take I-279 north and travel for 2 miles to the Route 28 north exit, number 7C.
• Take Route 28 north and travel for 6 miles.
• Take the Delafield Avenue exit, number 7.
• Turn left onto Delafield Avenue.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto Freeport Road.
• Turn left onto St. Margaret Drive.
• UPMC St. Margaret hospital will be on your left.
• Enter through entrance C of the main hospital.

From the city of Pittsburgh and areas south using I-579

• Take I-579 north to the Route 28 north exit.
• Take Route 28 north and travel for 6 miles.
• Take the Delafield Avenue exit, number 7.
• Turn left onto Delafield Avenue.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto Freeport Road.
• Turn left onto St. Margaret Drive.
• UPMC St. Margaret hospital will be on your left.
• Enter through entrance C of the main hospital.

From New Kensington and areas north using Route 28

• Take Route 28 south toward Pittsburgh.
• Take the Fox Chapel Road exit, number 8.
• Turn right onto Fox Chapel Road/Green Belt.
• Turn right at the traffic light onto Freeport Road and travel for 1 mile.
• Turn right onto St. Margaret Drive.
• UPMC St. Margaret hospital will be on your left.
• Enter through entrance C of the main hospital.

From Butler and areas north using Route 8

• Take Route 8 south to the Route 28 north exit.
• Take Route 28 north and travel for 3 miles.
• Take the Delafield Avenue exit, number 7.
• Turn left onto Delafield Avenue.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto Freeport Road.
• Turn left onto St. Margaret Drive.
• UPMC St. Margaret hospital will be on your left.
• Enter through entrance C of the main hospital.

From Monroeville and areas east using the Pennsylvania Turnpike

• Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike west to the Freeport Road exit, number 48.
• Stay to the right off of the exit, and follow Freeport Road south for 7 miles.
• Turn right on St. Margaret Drive.
• UPMC St. Margaret hospital will be on your left.
• Enter through entrance C of the main hospital.
